      Pros

      I have been with the company for a little over 6 months and I love the teamwork dynamic here at CCLC of Davie. In addition, it spoke volume to me with the amount of parental involvement and how the center serves as philanthropist within the community.

      Cons

      There are no downsides from my point of view.

      Good leadership and potential for growth. In house training center is very helpful

      Health insurance is pricey and 401k is not matches by the company
