Be nosy and investigate the general social structure and culture before you sign on at a specific school. Some schools have a toxic internal culture not reflective of Endeavor's values. Most of my bad experiences were reflective of the school and not Endeavor so here are the cons specifically for Endeavor as a whole: -somewhat low pay -opportunity for growth not perceptible (if it is there) -expensive health insurance plan with a high deductible that leaves health care inaccessible to someone making $12/hour.
