I’m currently a school leader at our Carpe Diem location. If you have a passion for ECE this is a school you need to definitely connect with. The Support you get and with the company culture, you can lead your school with confidence knowing that you have multiple recourses if needed. I noticed an opinion from another director. I haven’t experienced this and I’ve been with the company for over a year. I believe you need to use your resources of other departments and everyone always comes together and helps. If you don’t ask for help you can get very frustrated in this role it take a village to run a school and this village has many people how cares very much.
