My Director, Ms. Julie, is probably the best boss I have ever had since I started working at 16. She ensures we have all supplies and materials, and has the most positive attitude and approach to ensuring all staff and children alike enjoy being here each day. She has created a very personable and comforting environment where, under her guidance, I get to share my own opinions and ideas and put most of it into action. We all have fun here, which children feel and love, and then the kids have fun too! I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
