Started great, ended poorly - Teacher Endeavor Schools Employee Review

Unsupportive upper management (regional directors, etc.) too many schools are bought at one time making RDs spread too thin and unable to support directors. Facilities never kept up because we didn’t have consistent people completing work. Work orders would be erased to make their numbers look better even if the order wasn’t completed or fixed. Worked there for 6 years never had a review. School leader was left to handle big issues without support from higher ups. No accountability within the company.
