If you want develop your communication skills it is not a correct place to get it. HR behaviour at employees is very worst. They will terminate you if they dont have any project , where they will not care about the employee career. Even behviour of the project manager is not good at employes and they dont know how to handle the project. Sometime working hours will exceeds more than office timings and there will be no appreciations for the overtime working.
