initial excitement is high when a project starts

Cons

conflict between design and development team project managers doesnt know design or development or testing or project management. they know little english delivery heads play politics to save their job project execution is still to be learnt by mgmt team flow of information among all the teams is not there updates specs are not available anytime

Endeavour is place for all vertical people. Everybody here will find interesting, courageous, motivating and always encouraging environment. Great team and dedicated management team always think about employees. The great mobility company as always.
