Pros

Nothing could be Pros if you are not getting paid on time.

Cons

Salaries are very delayed like 1 month delay or sometimes even 2 months delayed. Sometimes they pay half of salary only saying that they will pay the remining salary soon. And you end up in follow up with management and HR's for the salaries until you leave the company. A company with no culture and values.

Pros

Endeavour is place for all vertical people. Everybody here will find interesting, courageous, motivating and always encouraging environment. Great team and dedicated management team always think about employees. The great mobility company as always.
