Pros

Flexible timing. Better washrooms. Good air-conditioning. In fact very good. Keep a hoodie.

Cons

Poor project management. Ill tampered, unskilled managers to lead teams. They some how manage to stick to the company by playing cheap politics. Hr usually is a helpless resort. Bad taste in coffie , language, and etiquettes. Three months notice will be huge punishment for joining the team. And trust me you will suffer.

Pros

Endeavour is place for all vertical people. Everybody here will find interesting, courageous, motivating and always encouraging environment. Great team and dedicated management team always think about employees. The great mobility company as always.
