Pros

They are Bangalore based and which is a good location! CEO - Avinash Misra is a good leader.

Cons

Only few managers are capable. Working with anybody else will not make your life good and you will be frustrated. It favors people from certain areas and that is not fair for professional growth. And when you will leave, you may NOT get the full part of your due money. So decide carefully by weighing all your options.

Endeavour is place for all vertical people. Everybody here will find interesting, courageous, motivating and always encouraging environment. Great team and dedicated management team always think about employees. The great mobility company as always.
