      Pros

      gaining experience. Company took a turn for the worse when Stamps.com bought us. We lost half our workers including our co-founder Harry.

      Cons

      micromanaged from call time to calls to CRM activities. Be prepared to be told all the negatives with no future or strategy plan to improve.

      Excellent pay and benefits. Training was lacking but good group of people to work with.

      Minimal training but they had recently hired someone new for Sales Enablement.
