      Pros

      Very collaborative environment. Casual atmosphere where very dedicated driven people do their very best. A Unique partnership with the USPS, and a constant search to improve products for our varied users.

      Cons

      Since being purchased by Stamps.com, the overall communication throughout the company has decreased. Salaries and commission are a bit lower than comparable positions in the industry.

      Excellent pay and benefits. Training was lacking but good group of people to work with.

      Minimal training but they had recently hired someone new for Sales Enablement.
