Many departments are just ruined by “cliques.” They destroy the culture and the turnover rate is CRAZY HIGH because of this. People leave for other jobs usually within a year- you even see higher ups starting to follow. This could also be because the products are terrible. Between the failures across Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory, entire product lines are continually recalled and pulled from market. And these are just the ones that have been exposed. Regulatory and Engineering, especially, have many known defects that they have not reported. Because of the high turnover rate, when an issue is found, there is no traceability because most of the team from the beginning of the year has already quit.
