Pros
Flexible Time Off and Remote
Cons
-Inexperienced Managers -Micromanagement - Lack of Training Material - Unrealistic Expecations of Employees - Bleak Future of Company (went through bankruptcy once) - Product Complaints/ FDA issues -Not open to new ideas/suggestions DO NOT join this company, there is no/minimum career growth, the people in management roles have no relevant managerial experience, probably became managers when the real managers quit when the company went in bankruptcy. Current mangers micromanage and keep minute track of employees, they are quick to point out if someone is 5-10 minutes late, but do not appreciate someone working 30 minutes overtime. Also, no courtesy, will make rude and disrespectful comments. Manager tends to hide information during training, almost setting the employee up to fail. Overall, not a great company.
