Office politics and passive aggressive behavior from colleagues The annual layoffs that seem to happen more and have more impacts each time. We just went through layoffs and they laid off 10% of the company workforce before Christmas. Not a good move at all, especially for us who are left. I hope the company can get back on track and retain people.
