Pros

endpoint employees are extremely friendly and always willing to help each other out. Whether it is training opportunities or offering a helping hand to someone who is busy, our coworkers are always more than willing to help out. endpoint offers great upper mobility. The company and your manager is always helping you look for your next step. They are willing to create positions that will benefit you and the company. They care for their employees and their employees growth. They want you to succeed and are willing to help you get to where you want to be. The startup atmosphere has always been a plus for me. They are flexible with your working hours, allowing you to work from home when needed, but most of all upper management listens. If you have a new idea they are more than happy to listen and help you implement it. You feel like your voice is being heard and not going into a big black box. I have worked for big cooperation and always felt like I was just another number. endpoint makes you feel like a real human and values your opinions

Cons

Because endpoint is still in the startup mentality sometimes the work becomes a little much. It forces you to learn a work life balance and when to ask for help. I find myself working long hours at times but always balances out. I also feel this comes with the industry since it is a high stress industry. Training is something that has been improving over the years and still needs some work. When an employee first starts the overall training is provided to learn the basics of the company but then it is up to your manager on how training will play out from there. I never feel as if I do not receive enough training but you have to be willing to learn

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your insightful points and your passion for the organization. We agree, and have found the people to be a large part of what makes endpoint special. There is a lot of opportunity, areas to grow and things we are focusing on to grow our talent and teams – and you hit the nail on the head with Training. A big part of staying focused on the right priorities is listening to feedback like this, from our current and past employees. We take your feedback seriously as an organization, and it gives us more to think about as we build upon our Training Programs. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros

Onboarding was a great experience where the person leading it made sure that the group knew everything they needed about the industry and more. My manager has been great between helping solve complicated issues and giving great feedback on my work that I can use to improve what I make. I worked within a smaller group, so everything felt more personal. The work life balance felt great being able to work at home. The work culture was welcoming and encouraging to newcomers, great personable manager.

Cons

Internships only last so long!

Pros

Depending who your lead is, you'll have a good lead. From what I heard though, the best one got cut. For the most part, great colleagues. Work is alright, training is also mediocre. This is more of throw all information your way and off you go and learn most of it on the go as the initial training is just the bare basics. When I started, there was a lot of optimism and a great prospect for the future, many possibilities. Pay is okay, you're clocked in then clock out.

Cons

The new director, the new associate director that replaced a great one who had been there for ages. (Btw, they have outsourced many positions including half of tech support to workers in India). Many process changes (usually changes are good but the changes being implemented from what I saw are going to do damage). Too much focus on this new AI product and the main service we offer is getting worse. Won't be surprised if clients go elsewhere. Moral went completely down, no sense of belonging and interacting (this is important especially if a lot of workers are remote). Processes change constantly and project managers will throw questions/work onto tech support when in reality they should know how their studies are built and the answers.
