Pros

Good pay and benefits. You get paid weekly. That is really the only good things about this company and that wasn't enough for me.

Cons

I was told I would receive proper training for my position. I got to shadow with 2 other coordinators and the entire time they continuted to tell me I would need more training. I was told by my manager and his manager that if I needed additional training to ask. I did and was denied. Rules changed everyday. Corporate is extremely unresponsive and rude. If you ask a question all they do is tell you to read the handbook, if they respond at all. HR is terrible, I didn't receive my first paycheck until I was there for 4 weeks because HR made up an address even though all of the documentation I submitted had my correct information. The technicians have gone rogue. They are allowed to do whatever they want and always ignore the schedule set forth for them. My manager had no back bone and talked about giving his manager the keys and leaving almost on a daily basis. For such a large company they are run poorly from the top down. They don't value their employees and the only way to be successful as a sales or service coordinator is to work 6 days a week and a lot of overtime. Everyone I encountered had negative things to say about the company and only remined because of the pay.
