      Pros

      Pays great considering it's in the middle of Missouri, and the benefits are great too. Very team-oriented.

      Cons

      Management's not that Grace and the point system is rigged. Favorites don't get points while bless favorites get points without proof of reason.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
