      Great pay, co-workers become like family, good benefits

      Cons

      The communication sucks between supervisors and employees. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. You have new people come in with power and they try to change the way people have done it for 25 years. If it ain't broke don't try to fix it.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
