      Pros

      Steady work with chances to work in different areas of the plant. Non union and a stable work load.

      Cons

      As with any manufacturing facility, the workload varies through the year from hardly anything to suddenly months of overtime with no clear end in sight.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
