      Pros

      Nice team, nice ambiance, gave a lot of chance to juniors, an excellent ''school'' to learn. You can make friends, nice cultural diversity.

      Cons

      It is the ''German way'' in Canada, which sometimes is incompatible with out North American habits... A lot of structure and reports to Germany.
