Pros
structured company in general and the processes are in gemeral there to protect those who follow the business praxis
Cons
in Aurich: Depending on the department you are in it is either ok (not bad- not very good) or in the case of a few departments ( and due to the last restructurings and managers) very bad. That was the case in my department where the problem came from the managers disregarding the problems as if had nothing to do with them. Don't get me wrong the company went through some rough patches and many of the things happening are to be expected. It's just that after hearing the salaries and unsolved problems of all my friends in different departments of that firm, I would advise you to stay away for a few years till they get their act together...... All firms get every few years through bad times and recentl was-is a bad time for Enercon. Having said that if you HAVE to get the experience- go get 2 years of it - and jump to the next firm... I would write all these in german, though I am actually trying to warn the international people here to STAY away. Internationals from nor "western" countries though have it good in this firm and should come(!).
