it's good if you only want to look for a stable job, sounds fancy and if you want to get a foot in the door of Ｗind energy industry.
Cons
The benefit and payment has a big difference depends where you sign the contract. Lack of KPI & career path in the company. It's a German company not a MNC actually. There's no actual stable planning in the supply chain, only rely on someone who can't tolerate the chaos happening
