Pros
Everyone I work closely with and are genuine friends. Companies will say that they are more like a "family" when they aren't. Enercon doesn't say that, they just show you that they are. They are in a recession proof industry and is stable job. Overtime is often available, but not required Good work life palace with alternative schedules and work from home at least 2 days a week Benefits are very average
Cons
Timesheets are a huge pain and is for most people in the company. Pay and yearly raises aren't very competitive. Not much incentive to work hard Random drug tests regularly which can be annoying when you are really busy, but all of a sudden lose up to 4 hours of your day. It is required in the nuclear industry so it's understandable, but still a nuisance PTO doesn't increase until after 5 years
