Unfriendly Environment, Deceiving to their Customers and Employees - Anonymous employee Enercon Technologies Employee Review

Old white men's Club, Benefits are horrible, no much vacation time and no Sick time, 401k is less than average. Management just cares about getting more business and nothing else. HR just cares about protecting the company and they dont care about the employees and what good for them (HR Human resources right?) Most of the people that work there are not friendly and they look that they hate their job, not sure why they still there (maybe some personal relationship to the company) Salaries are whatever, not really the best but I rather make less and be happy and work with happy people and smart managers. HR!
