Pay is bottom dollar no matter what your experiance. Little to no chance for pay increases unless you are one of the "Good Ole Boys". Management treats you like a number and not a person. Work environment is dirty. No quality control. If you like to work with Ex-Cons or you are one this is your place to be. Supervisors micro manage ALOT!!!! If you want to quit because you find a better job dont give a 2 week notice or they will tell you to leave (fire you) that day. Turn around rate is HIGH!!!
