Check in/Check out, where every minute counts. Absolutely no flexibility on working hours. Pretty often you'll get a notice from a man siting and staring on monitors, recording every single angle of the office. For example for discussing another company with one of your co-workers, for smoking 2 cigarets in row for few times, for drinking coffee too often, for any celebration you'll decide to make in the office. 0 employee appreciation, nothing fun happens there. You just sign in, work, and leave. And if you need to take a day off or vacation, it's another hell cycle you have to go through! Request/wait/remind/ask/remind/request again/ and finally get one. I feel like all positive reviews here are being posted by management team because they are very far from reality. There is nothing interesting about projects. Annoying work, no trainings, no promotions, no stability since lot of projects are being closed and they will try to transition you between projects. You just work on a system that is 20 years old, and has no development. Imagine maintaining a very old code and finding some workarounds. Seriously, in the world of IT, where engineers are treated with respect and valued, considering energize global services as your next stop in career, means that either you are at the beginning of your career or at the very end of it!
