Pros

I work on the Sunoco pipeline side of ET and it is very hard to think of any Pros. They will not allow anyone to drive vehicles home when rest of ET is allowed to. Poor management, poor treat of employees and very difficult to do our job. Tried on multiple occasions to transfer into shift operations and was rejected or overlooked, regardless of my ops background and doing what I can to prove myself to be transferred into operations.

Cons

Very “on your own” type environment, immature, unorganized, and unprofessional when around other techs. Singled out due to me wanting into terminal/plant operations. Poor pay for area and lots of micromanaging. Company vehicles are washed up “hand me downs” and they will not replace them. Was looking forward to being a part of this company and now that I am, I’m very disappointed in how it’s run and managed.

Pros

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.

Cons

The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
