Pros

Pay, bonus, my supervisor is great guy always approves our time off and never questions when we have family stuff going on to be off for. He tries to help us when he can but sometimes he’s shot down by upper management.

Cons

Not a bad employer. They hire people and give you run down beat up vehicles. The one they gave me only lasted 2 days and it’s been in the shop for last 2 months for issues related to transmission, brakes and rotors were terrible, broken leaf springs. Were suppose to be supplied tools but was told to wait til 2022 to get tools cause of budget but still expect you to fix things with no tools. Expect you to do your job with bare minimum supplies. Also hardly to no training on procedures as far as which forms to fill out for LOTO, emissions testing, pm. They just give you the keys and here you go. Then they try to ridicule you for not filling stuff out or having all the necessary documents for the job. The ones who are suppose to offer training and help you either say I don’t know or transfer you to someone else who also doesn’t know.

Pros

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.

Cons

The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
