Pros

Nice co-workers and decent Health Benefits

Cons

Their attempt to create a work-life balance is barely scratching the surface. A T/TH WFH was reluctantly implemented only for certain departments and it is not available for upper management/ managers to participate. If your director/manager doesn't want you to WFH on T/TH they can demand that you be in the office, even though 90% of the workforce can do their jobs at home with success. They do not have a rotational program that allows you to learn in other areas. You are pretty much stuck where you are for years and may even be forced to perform two to three different job titles for the same pay. Their handling of the covid situation was unbelievable.

Pros

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.

Cons

The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
