Pros

The ability to remote report as an account manager

Cons

Leadership - when leaders say their goal is to provide "shareholder value", this team means it. The ELT is paid in stock. Full stop. Zero investment in building teams or processes. They have demonstrated over the past 5 years the ability to cut to profitability. If you join this team, understand you are a number. Nothing more. Don't listen to words, simply look at past actions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We're sorry to hear that your experience led you to feel this way. As a public company, we do have a responsibility to create long-term value for our shareholders. However, we believe that sustainable shareholder value is only possible when we invest in our people, serve our customers well, and continuously improve how we operate. Those priorities are not competing interests—they go hand in hand. We are committed to investing in our team members through a variety of professional development opportunities including sales leadership development, technical training, and other learning programs that support career growth across the organization. In fact, we have invested significantly behind these development programs over the past several years. We also continue to invest in our business processes and technology to make work simpler and more effective. Initiatives such as our Powering Enerpac Performance (PEP) and Enerpac Commercial Excellence (ECX), along with ongoing investments in IT systems and digital tools, are designed to help our teams work more efficiently so they can better serve our customers. While we recognize there is always room to improve, we are encouraged that our employee engagement scores have exceeded industry benchmarks and have improved each year over the past four years. We view that feedback as an important measure of our progress, while continuing to listen to our employees and build on what we're doing well. We appreciate your feedback and wish you success in your future endeavors.

Pros

Lots of great people to work WITH

Cons

There is a MASSIVE divide between Leadership/Management and regular employees. HR is EXCLUSIVELY there to protect leadership and the company, cannot be trusted.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear you had a positive experience with your coworkers. We are however sorry to learn you felt disconnected from leadership. Building a culture of trust, respect, and open communication has and will continue to remain a priority in our company. We believe employees should feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas through the many feedback channels available, and we use that input to continually strengthen our workplace and leadership. We wish you all the best in the future.
