Pros

Most people are very nice which is synonymous with a Wisconsin culture. This means that it takes too long to get rid of dead wood and too long to promote people who are doing well.

Cons

Senior management espouses "no politics" whereas there is tons of politics. If you aren't located in headquarters, good luck. Nobody will notice you. There is zero investment in the independent businesses and when corporate needs to look good to shareholders, people are the first to go without regard to impact on the business. Businesses are purchased to run them into the ground. Don't expect any type of investment.

Pros

Good company with good pay and benefits. Great work environment, the new office is very nice. Very good outlook for the company. Finished the ASCEND transformation, and now the focus is on growth.

Cons

Medium sized company which can limit new opportunities if you are not willing to relocate.

Pros

Lots of great people to work WITH

Cons

There is a MASSIVE divide between Leadership/Management and regular employees. HR is EXCLUSIVELY there to protect leadership and the company, cannot be trusted.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear you had a positive experience with your coworkers. We are however sorry to learn you felt disconnected from leadership. Building a culture of trust, respect, and open communication has and will continue to remain a priority in our company. We believe employees should feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas through the many feedback channels available, and we use that input to continually strengthen our workplace and leadership. We wish you all the best in the future.
