Close, family-like atmosphere promotes a good work ethic and emphasizes the importance of your contribution. Good people, strong and happy culture, challenging work with lots of room for advancement and progression. Tremendous growth in the few short months I've been here. Senior management is smart, involved, and responsive. CEO Ken Ouimet is one of the smartest & friendliest people I've ever met.
Cons
Freedom and latitude to initiate and pursue projects can occasionally be daunting; Engage3 is definitely a place that will teach you to be a self-starter. Startup life means that infrequently, long hours might be required to deliver the goods.
