Pros
There are so many opportunities to gain new skills that other companies aren't able to provide. Even entry level roles have the chance to put new processes in place. Everyone's position is highlighted as important, too, whether it's through strictly identifying what goals you need to achieve to help the business succeed or through the on-boarding process where it becomes clear how you fit into the whole business.
Cons
Work life balance for those in salary positions seems to be a bit uneven, but it's something the team is always working on improving. I'd say that's also pretty expected in a start up environment.
