Pros
Large majority of the people in the organization are committed to the success of the company and to the success of the Shopping Scout product. Extremely motivated team with eyes on the goal! The energy of the team is infectious.
Cons
Little more emphasis on family time, relaxation. It's difficult to work with a high output each and every day. Time off should be time off and is a great recharge when coming back to work. Personal time is valuable. It can help to step away from the front line to reflect and think at a different pace for new ideas or solutions.
