At Engage3, every person works to make sure the job gets done. We have a highly collaborative team and every team member, including management and leadership, is willing to help when asked. You have a lot of autonomy as well. Obviously, the first few months is a learning period, but once you hit the ground running with your role, you are trusted to take ownership of your responsibilities and get to determine how you plan out your day.
Cons
As a growing company, we are still working to build more structure and documentation around our processes. While fast-paced and growing environments can be very exciting, it can easily get overwhelming and frustrating when you do not have clear direction on your responsibilities.
