Pros

Company culture is awesome. The people you work with are top notch. Management and mentorship is available and very strong. Competitive atmosphere. No cap on commission. Referral bonuses. Free Soda in break rooms. Fresh fruit friday. Family oriented. Veteran friendly. Opportunities for growth within company are regular with a strong focus on promoting from within. Autonomy to build your own book of business.

Cons

You will have to cold call. residuals from sales don't last long. There's a lot of competition in a fairly saturated market which makes it difficult to find quality leads, but that's not England's fault. No real difference between an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.
