      Highly invested and committed leadership team Good work/life balance Great culture of hard work and accountability, yet we do a lot of fun activities to build the team and encourage teamwork and work/life balance A lot of new programs have been recently established to focus on employee development Autonomy for sales people to search and prospect for customers how they see fit, while at the same time being provided with the tools they need
