Pros
My co-workers were what made the job bearable.
Cons
- The goals are unreasonable and management knows it. - Management doesn't care about you. If you are gone tomorrow, eh, you are easily replaceable. Just a cog in the machine. It doesn't matter if you've been there for one month or 15 years. - Some managers make you feel guilty for taking breaks, going to lunch, and even using the bathroom. - Management has "boot camp" weeks which is just their attempt at squeezing blood out of a turnip (work even harder, but you probably won't see a penny more in your paycheck). - None of the middle management dares to tell the CEO enough is enough because they'd probably get fired for speaking up. - Apparently they are now setting up surveillance equipment to watch people on the floor. - Management has their chosen few and if you aren't in the club, don't expect to get anywhere. - Management hires from outside of the company to fill roles that external candidates have to be trained on from internal people. If you are looking for stability and a career, keep looking.
