Good Culture, Clear expectations, Free Soda. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Best base pay I have seen in sales
Cons
If you are not a Sales Hunter it's not the company for you. The expectaion is 80-100 calls a day. Training is short and they only cover bare basics. you have to figure out the rest of the job on your own or from your team. There is not a variety of jobs you can go into. you pretty much get better pay to do the same sales job, you might be able to go into managment. but it is very sales focused, and if you want to grow out of sales its probably not a good fit.
