all they give you is recycled leads. the commission is terrible. they reduce your commission the higher you get promoted. only reason i stuck it out for so long was so i could find another place to work. last year they gave us a lunch box for our christmas bonus. they act like they care about their employees but you’re only a number to them. the day i put my two weeks in, they let me go that day.
