In total transparency, working at England Logistics has been a defining experience in my life. I worked at EL for a few years, then took another position... then returned again out of my volition because I loved it so dang much. You will not, WILL NOT, find a better culture anywhere. The culture is fun, friendly, upbeat, but so committed to professional and personal growth. Biggest praise definitely needs to go to leadership. CEO is so human and connects with the frontlines frequently. My VP is best there is, always, ALWAYS investing in my growth. Super grateful to work at such an amazing place. I love waking up in the morning!
