Pros
My LC was a good guy and my co workers were some of the hardest working people I've some across. I was blessed with a solid group of CMs that were eager to get the job done would go out of their way to be successful in tasks presented to them.
Cons
All I can say is life is greener on the other side. Leave. Get sued if you have to. or just wait the year out and get paid. 70% commission is a lot sweeter than the 7% they choose to pay out. Work 20 hours a week and make 200k. Its doable to anyone with talent at EL. Im friends with many past employees that are now agents making well into the 6 figures and do it in bath robes. If you are unhappy at EL...leave. I had no upward mobility while at England and I knew it. I was not a yes man and I had no intention of becoming a yes man. So I was always capped at around 125k per year which is a good living. But working 50-60 hours a week and pulling 2 million a year in margin...I should have been making much more. Im sure the yes men are running the halls. Best of luck to anyone thinking of leaving. Know that the grass is greener. Just be smart when you leave and hide your intention or wait the year out. Because you will be sued. But pay the fine if you have to. Your pay will cover it very quickly. AGENTS
