      Pros

      Friendly, team environment. Senior management is good. Departmental management can vary like anywhere else but overall is good. Location is great if you live in Bergen County NJ or Rockland County NY.

      Cons

      They want NYC-caliber professionals but only want to pay outer-PA wages (well below national medians) so turnover in non-MD professional staff is high. It’s unfortunate and something management and HR need to address to improve talent retention for the whole org’s benefit.

      Pros

      The pay is alright and having weekends off is nice.

      Cons

      The communication is awful and not consistent through different levels of management. They refuse to give you more hours, but then will last minute ask you to stay later. But then you get talked to for working more hours than you’re scheduled. The training is nonexistent and you be told to just figure it out and google it.
