Questionable IT dept executive leadership - IT Support Analyst Englewood Health Employee Review

I was considered for a security position. When it was determined that I was not Indian during our interview, then came the "lack of qualification" remarks. Despite strong justification and 4 interviews total for an internal transfer. In addition, following this discovery, i was never given a simple good morning from this individual ever again during my employment. I will never forget this experience and was able to break in to higher opportunity shortly after.
