Overworked and underpaid - Patient Monitor II Enloe Medical Center Employee Review

• Long hours and low pay •often stuck in a room for hours without even a bathroom break. (Forced to use my one ten minute break in 12 hours to use bathroom) • half hour lunch too short to do anything other than eat. (End up using my lunch as a bathroom break and try to eat a snack brought prior) • Constantly placed with much more difficult patients than female coworkers. (Would be different if paid more but we are not) • Only allotted 3 sick days a year and your forth is a counseling. (When constantly working with sick people this number is absolutely unrealistic) • Short staffed • Upper management out of touch with employees
