This place has some serious issues behind closed doors, HR is a MESS (do not trust them at all), a certain admin department has got a real bad apple who has no idea how to lead a team and instead will try to turn others against you behind your back. Some still working here are too afraid to speak up but still work in the administration. I should have taken advice from others who mentioned horror stories of Enloe, but I made my mistake. Don't make the same as I did! I believe if the state knew what goes on inside this place, they would be shut down for serious retaliation violations in the workplace rampant through the administrative side. I even considered hiring a lawyer since I felt so wronged, but felt that I didn't collect enough evidence that I could prove intent before I could escape.
