Pros
You get out what you put in. My supervisor and manager were excellent very supportive. I understand this may vary by location and individual. This is a high stress, high expectation profession.
Cons
Could have benefited from more vacation time. Prior employer I was able to purchase vacation time this was not permissible with Genex. Benefits more expensive than I felt they needed to be.
