Micromanagement, management has favorites. Only care about revenue numbers and not the quality or productivity of work equally from all employees, long hours, no PTO as you will have to work when off to meet deadlines, no work life balance, no growth potential as a professional, lose billing hours because others write reports which is more time consuming for the field nurse, the annual surveys are a joke as management does not change anything based on reviews, stressful, no training, management sets employees up to fail, management will throw their nurses under the bus without proper investigation for complaints. This company tries to monopolize the work comp arena, unable to have an opinion or suggestion because then you are labeled as a troublemaker. Please read all the reviews.
