Pros
Great company if you work in corporate. You have free snacks extra perks and treated at a different level. Some of management really cares about their position and will develop. It is truly a different company you work for depending on were in the company your position is held.
Cons
If not in corporate its a completely different environment. Management doesn't seem to understand what they are doing wrong..or if they are doing anything wrong. Mostly because they are treated differently. Some of management could careless about developing the culture. More of less on a power trip.
